Alumni

Welcome to the Fort Street Alumni Community. Fortians are forever connected by their shared experiences at the Fort. The school is committed to working with members of our community to archive and display important records, memorabilia and documents in our museum from all three schools throughout history. We encourage all members of our Alumni to stay connected to our school.

Reunions

Reunions are a fantastic opportunity for Fortians to reconnect with others from their year group and with the current school.

We offer reunion groups student led tours of the school, morning or afternoon tea with the Principal and other key members of staff and an opportunity to view our archives.  Reunion groups can visit during the school day or out of hours by appointment. Please contact Iain Wallace for further details.

If you are organising a reunion and would like to promote your event on this website please email your reunion details to Iain Wallace.

Senior Instrumental Music Program ensembles are always looking for performance opportunities, and are very keen to perform at Fortian events.  These are some of the best student ensembles in NSW and include: Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Chamber Choir and Symphony Orchestra.  If you are interested in having an IMP ensemble perform at your alumni event, please email the IMP here.

Keep in touch

Please update your details with us so we can stay connected and keep you up to date with upcoming events and other news. Email your details to Iain Wallace.

We are keen to develop an alumni network to welcome past students back to school for key events and to see how we can work together to support our students and our future plans at Fort Street.

Share your story

Fortians around the world are engaged in all kinds of exciting activities, and our current students and the wider school community are inspired by your careers, adventures and achievements.  We would love to hear your news and see some photographs.  These stories may be included in our newsletter, Mercurius, in our annual magazine, The Fortian, or on our website.

Please send your stories and photos to Iain Wallace.
